■　Ni plating on FKM tube rubber (EMI shield)

We have developed and commercialized an EMI shield material made of Ni plating on a fluorine-based FKM tube rubber.

The photo shows an example of EMI shield with Ni plating on 4 mmφ FKM tube rubber.

The surface of the tube rubber is Ni-plated to ensure good electrical conductivity.

The inside of the tube maintains the elasticity of fluorine-based FKM rubber. Therefore, it canbe used as an EMI shield material with excellent wearability.
