Recently, engineering plastics are increasingly being used as materials that pursue weight reduction and
high functionality.

This time, we have developed a mass production technology for Ni-B plating on PBT resin (polybutylene
terephthalate resin).

PBT resin, like 6 nylon resin, is used in many parts as an engineering plastic. PBT resin is often used as a
colored material and is often used as a plastic.

We have developed a technology that allows Ni-B plating to be easily applied to the surface of this PBT
resin, and it is expected that the fields of application as electromagnetic wave shielding functions and
conductive parts will expand.
